Current Vacances

  • As a Lighting Operator/Programmer, you will be responsible for operating and programming lighting systems using MA2 and MA3 consoles. This role requires creating dynamic, visually stunning lighting designs for live events, productions and installations. You will work closely with directors and creative teams to bring their vision to life. Ensuring smooth transitions, precise cue execution and technical consistency. Strong knowledge of DMX control, rigging and lighting system troubleshooting is essential.

  • In this role, you will manage all aspects of audio production, with a focus on Dante enabled audio systems. Responsibilities include setting up and maintaining sound systems, mixing live audio, ensuring optimal sound quality across various venues and events. You will troubleshoot technical issues, configure signal routing and work collaboratively with production teams to deliver flawless audio experiences. Expertise in digital audio consoles and signal flow management is required.

  • As a Video Engineer/Technician, you will specialise in handling video systems powered by NDI and AV over IP technologies. Responsibilities include configuring video signal routing, operating switchers, managing video display systems and ensuring smooth integration of video content during events. You will troubleshoot technical issues, optimise performance and work closely with clients to deliver high quality visual experiences. Experience with projection systems, LED walls and video production workflows is essential.

  • Network Engineers are responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining advanced networking solutions tailored for audio visual environments. Specialising in Netgear AV systems, you will ensure seamless connectivity for AV over IP systems, Dante networks and NDI video. Your role includes network configuration, performance optimisation and troubleshooting complex systems in real time. A strong understanding of VLANs, QoS and multicast networking protocols is critical.

  • As a Security System Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, configuration and maintenance of venue security systems. This includes CCTV cameras, access controls and alarm systems. You will perform system tests, diagnose/resolve issues and ensure compliance with safety/security regulations. This role requires a detail oriented mindset, experience with modern security technology, wiring and system integration.

  • System Installers play a crucial role in setting up AVL systems for venues, events and installations. You will install audio, visual, lighting and networking systems. Ensuring they meet technical specifications and client requirements. Responsibilities include mounting equipment, running cabling, testing systems and providing operational training for clients. Knowledge of technical schematics, wiring standards and system calibration is a must.

  • As a Production Manager, you will oversee all aspects of event and project production. This includes planning schedules, coordinating technical teams, managing budgets and ensuring the successful execution of events. You will act as the central point of communication between clients, creative teams, technicians, ensuring every detail is managed efficiently. Strong leadership, problem solving skills and the ability to handle high pressure situations are key to this role.

  • The Sales and Account Manager is the primary link between clients and Unified Venue Solutions. Your responsibilities include identifying potential clients, building and maintaining strong relationships and promoting our services to drive sales. You will also manage client accounts, ensuring satisfaction, resolving concerns and identifying opportunities for further collaboration. This role requires exceptional communication skills, a deep understanding of AVL solutions and the ability to create customised proposals that meet client needs.
